Usage instructions:

Each objective has a dedicated Excel file.

Each file is structured into three worksheets: DATA, OBJECTIVE, FORMULAS.

In the DATA sheet, fill in the yellow-highlighted cells by entering:

The base year and target year;
-
The required values for each parameter, corresponding to the indicated years.

The system automatically processes:

The values of the indicators linked to the objective;
-
Their progress rates, both in absolute and normalized terms;
-
The objective's overall SCORE, displayed numerically and through a visual dashboard (speedometer-style gauge) for instant progress assessment.
