The conference explored challenges and methodologies for evaluating local climate adaptation actions and quantifying their effectiveness in mitigating climate impacts. Key themes included:  

  • Indicator frameworks and spatiotemporal scales for tracking progress  

  • Institutional perspectives (EU to municipal levels) on monitoring, reporting, and verification (MRV)  

 

An afternoon technical workshop showcased IndicaMi’s tools for local/provincial adaptation monitoring.
